Dapat kabisado mo na lahat ng responsibilities, procedures, and workflows ng trabaho ni third in advance. Dahil Sa barko pagod ka na o wala ng oras mag-aral.

Resources

Dapat may baon kang files and programs na actual mong magagamit onboard (hindi yung collect an neglect files). Dahil onboard kulang ang mga resources.

Support

Dapat meron kang mapagtanongan na iba pang opisyal na nakakaranas ng troubles onboard. Dahil hindi lahat nasasagot onboard, marami ring judgemental.

Environment

Dapat meron kang like-minded community who will motivate you para mafocus ka sa goals. Dahil sigurado madidistract ka at lalong madidelay ang pag angat mo sa career.
