I should have taken this course before I became a third mate. Everything discussed here were the ones I had encountered onboard. If only I had known this course earlier. Though I already acted as a 3M, there were things and tips that I had only known only by taking this course. This would be a great help for all of our aspiring officers out there, from port docs upto psc inspections.
